If I book Rudi's online, at the full price, can I get 25% off, for the 3 star perk, when I board?

Yes, you can but from what I've read you do have to be proactive about it and ask once you're onboard.

If you read further down that page you’ll see the Rudi’s discount is only applicable to 4* & 5*.
