Table for two on HAL?

Was wondering if you can get a table for two in the MDR on HAL? Have cruised on NCL and Princess and have not had a problem getting a table for the wife and myself. Thanks in advance!

 If you are fixed dining, no problem. Anytime, may be a bit of a wait (less for later dining times). 

 

We now go with late fixed dining for 2. We like "any time" but find the service better with fixed dining.

Just off the Nieuw Statendam, anytime dining.  No problem at all with getting a table for 2 at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

My suggestion, as soon as you board the ship turn to your left and go to the MDR Host. He/She will be standing at a podium.  Ask for table for two and have your dining time preference known.  You can also make specialty dining reservations there too.
