Does anyone know Vikings Email for customer service?

I need an email for Viking’s customer service. I cannot find anything other than phone numbers. Anyone?

We were given this email contact, when onboard the Jupiter 3 weeks ago.  I received an immediate canned response that my message was received, and was contacted within the advertised 5 business days thereafter.

Since the beginning of time, CC posters have offered the tellus address whenever anyone has a thorny issue.

How dare you offer an alternative avenue of communication?

Guess who is reading the TellUs mail these days.  Both addresses get you to the same place more or less -- regardless, they are a few rungs above the call center and the chat.

Does anyone know if those two email addresses are for all of Viking's cruises, i.e. river and expedition as well as ocean?  Or ocean only?
