Did you make yours back when they first opened it up through email? That’s how I made mine and none of them were in the app. But they all had me in the computer. I brought the email confirmations just in case.

I had been trying to just get connected by first going to airplane mode then turning on the WiFi... Nothing... Nothing for three hours... Then I tried starting at the app, and still nothing... 

 

Finally I got to the page where you enter your folio number and birth date. Then, I knew that I was getting somewhere...
