Haven concierge question, re spa appointments

On my next NCL cruise, we have booked the least expensive Haven cabin, the spa suite---   Can the concierge pre-book spa appointments prior to cruise?   If not, can the Haven concierge book the requested spa appointments on embarkation day ahead for the entire 1 week cruise?  Or can I submit pre requested times and days to the concierge, pre- cruise, and would I find out if those appointments were scheduled when I meet with the concierge on embarkation day?  Thanks in advance for information regarding my questions.

We had a Haven Spa Suite for a week a few years ago, and what was included was just the "regular" spa admittance that you would get if you just booked a regular spa pass. There are no spa threatments included with the Spa Suite. Just wanted to mention it in case you are not aware of that.

From what I've read on these forums, many times there is a Spa person in the Haven lounge on embarkation day to sell/schedule Spa services.

I do know that the spa suite just includes admission to the spa.  I just want to know whether contacting the haven concierge prior to the cruise would take care of these appointments.

I have never been able to prebook spa treatments. Once aboard, in the Haven area, there is a representative from the spa making appointments. I give her my list of wishes and have her leave a confirmation in my cabin of the appointments. Extremely easy and time saving.

Thanks Stefmaia--- That answers my question.  I will then have a list ready as you have done. So I guess I should hang out in courtyard after boarding, 11:00 ish.

@JetswdoHaven Rep should be stood right next to the Haven Concierge desk in the Haven Lounge area when you are first escorted on board. She can be sorting out your list while you are having your "Welcome Aboard" Cocktail !

Our suite concierge was able to make all the appointments we needed - even specialty dining later in the cruise.

Yes, you can prebook.  This is from my email with the norwegianconciergedesk@ncl.com address just this week.

"We have also attached the Haven Brochure as well as the Spa Menu. If you would like to request a Spa Service, please provide the service, date and times that work best, and we will be happy to send the request directly to the ship on your behalf."

Just saw above response--- I will go ahead and request with the concierge pre-cruise- I will also then check with concierge upon boarding whether my requests were accepted.

I requested 2 spa services via the Haven concierge  just this afternoon for my upcoming cruise  next month (we just booked the cruise).
