The only non-refundable OBC that can be used to pay for CruiseNext is the credit you get from the BOGO promo for the CruiseNext purchase.

They cannot be used for DSC, but there are plenty of things that you can use them for including dining, gift shops, spa, and other things.

I used mine for extra cost drinks, Starbucks, Duty Free, T-shirts, sun screen. Not much you cannot use them for.

Using mine for internet plan and extra food purchases on the ship like ice cream and American Diner.

You can use them for dining but not gratuities.  Also can't be used for DSC, casino advances, or CruiseNext.  Though the CruiseNext OBC can be used to offset the cost of those certs.  Pretty much anything else that you might purchase onboard would qualify.  Last time, I did a couple wine tastings, a couple lunches in the American Diner, and bought a bottle of Veuve Clicquot in the gift shop. 🙂

If you have a prepaid shore excurision and this excursion is available on the ship. 

You are able to cancel the prepaid, you get ref OBC then and book new on ship.

First non ref OBC is used for payments
