I gave some friends a ride (PC to MCO) on Sunday after they returned on the Prima. We left the terminal at 7:24, and I dropped them off curbside (Southwest departing) at 8:04. So, right at 40 minutes. I made good time. 🙂

Two large groups disembarked late, first group no idea

Checked in 9:40am at YC tent 

Into terminal 10:00am

Checked in 10:05am

Onboard 11:45am

Cabin was ready 11:50

Drinks and food 12:00

Arrive at 11-11:15am and you should be on in 30 minutes.  Arrive after 1pm and be on in 15-20 . You can arrive prior, but if its not ready for passengers you will wait.

Exactly arriving before 11AM usually gets you no where but a waiting area.
