Does Port Canaveral have a Yacht Club lounge?  I have to drop my wife off early and then run to MCO to pick up others.  What is the earliest anyone has boarded?

If nothing unusual happens with disembarkation, YC should be boarding first around 10:30. We’ve found the lounge to be limited in the terminal, but the wait will not be long. The YC area in the terminal has the typical bubbly and snacks. We were let in the terminal first starting around 9:30. The port staff at the YC tent at the terminal entrance were very helpful.

Run to MCO and then return and park?   Your wife will be three champagnes in at Topsail by the time you return 🙂 ... or taking a nap in your cabin

It isn't a lounge as much of a sitting area off to the side.  They do have seating and refreshments

Yeah, it's not a dark, windowless closet!  It is windowless, more like a room off to the side, and probably seats maybe forty people.

Either scenario is good.  🙂

Would this be CT10 (Terminal 10)

And is there covered parking directly opposite terminal

Leaving out of PCO soon on Meraviglia

TIA

It is terminal 10.  I believe there is a parking garage next to the surface lot, which is directly opposite the terminal.

Can you post a picture of the YC waiting area if you have a chance?

The “lounge” for YC before boarding is similar to area next to gate at airport. It is maybe 40 x30 . Customer service counter along one wall with agents checking in guests and issuing cabin cards etc.

A few  rows of folding chairs in the middle. A folding table along other wall with refreshments. MSC butlers assisting guests with snacks and drinks.

(😉HINT: take a few cans of Pringles if you enjoy those in cabin. Only 1 given in cabin gratis)

Butlers come get you to check in at counter. When small group is ready to board, Butler escorts group onto ship.

Thank you so much for this! We’ve been to the Miami yacht club and Haven terminals, but never Port Canaveral YC. This is very very helpful.

Luckily, we will taking a hotel shuttle - we live in Orlando, but got a great deal at a Canaveral hotel because we are spending a couple of days at NASA before the cruise. It was way cheaper to park at the hotel with a free shuttle that it would be to park at the cruise terminal.

I applaud your wife who will be happily enjoying her drinks package while you are battling MCO traffic. Hopefully she leaves some for you on your way back to the terminal!  You’ll need it after I4 traffic 🥰

Actually don't have to go on I4.  It is a straight shot on 528
