Captain's Club points not showing up on Celebrity web site

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. When I go to the My Tier and Points link on the Celebrity site, my Club points read as zero even though we are Elite Plus. Past cruises all show up as usual.

Thanks! I found the fix in a previous post and it worked for me:

 

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to "Settings"

3. Click "My loyalty". This will show you the loyality numbers for Celebrity Cruises, Azamara and RCI

4. Delete the Celebrity number and click "Save"

5. Re-enter your number and click "Save" again.

 

Fixed!

This did not work for me. I can see all of my past cruises but the points are wrong as they show 1 point for each cruise which is not right. However, to the right of my CC number at the top of the screen there is a message that reads, Sorry, we’re unable to display your loyalty tier and points right now. Please check back later.

I had this problem a couple of days ago.  But when I signed in today my points were displayed correctly.

Try it using the App instead of the Web version or other way around.    I did it to Iain's the other day and he had to close the browser and reopen for it to show up again.
