Just noticed Celebrity website re benefits of being a Captain Club member, Elite and ElitePlus, showed a 10% discount on upgrading from Classic to Premium.  ( Last week it was a 15% discount). But on another part of Celebrity website it stated 15%.       Interesting

I suspect you’re right.  Because I currently have no points, I can’t see the same view of benefits you are seeing. It will only display Preview and Classic level benefits.  When I click on View all tiers and benefits,  it brings me to the digital document I screen shot.   I also just checked my Xpress pass for my B2B and it has my Elite Plus, so the IT department is up to its old tricks.

We have had the nice Elite breakfast with smoothies & cappuccino several times in Tuscan or another restaurant on Apex.

Bur on the list of benefits for Elites it says

cappuccino again.  Does that mean these coffees are available at other places and at other times?  Just strange to note this benefit in 2 different categories

For Elite only at the Elite breakfast.

For Elite+ at the breakfast and unlimited at Al Bacio all day, every day.

If you scroll to the end of the info on the link it lists all benefits by level.

This is the document I have found to be accurate.

yes. I saw that. Then when a notice popped up you can now check your Captain C benefits and points, after login, that is where the above that I pasted showed.   as I mentioned, I saw 2 different discount rates
