Thanks for the heads up. We'd received the Email but I hadn't looked into it yet. Princess do seem to have a bunch of sales going on right now, that's for sure. Just last week, while we were on the Sky, I had our hard-working TA rebook our October trip under another sale, basically upgrading us from a Balcony to a Minisuite for the same price. Now, checking this Canadian $$$ at Par sale, I can rebook yet again, probably keep the same room we just upgraded to, and save a further $CAD 230.

I've never sailed with Princess, is this an email only offer?
On the Princess website they have "The Best Ever Sale" is that the CDN at par or something different?

It probably is a targeted Email, I haven't seen it mentioned elsewhere. Maybe have your travel agent look into it for you?  Surprisingly, when I did the mock booking that saved me the $CAD230, it ALSO showed that the BSE had also been applied to the price, so I would probably get the $US300 OBC as well. Our TA is looking into it for us.

I was looking at a 14 day Alaska cruise for June and was seeing prices at around 2K (as a solo traveller - Inside,  Standard fare). The fare under the Best Ever sale was starting around $1,500.  Got an email from Princess on Tuesday about “CAD at par”.  The price was around $900.  Alaska, Sapphire, June 28,14 days!  Had it booked by Wednesday!

If you go on the Princess site and search their cruises, you'll get a phone call from one of their CSRs later in the day. 🤣

If you go to their promotions page you'll see a 35% off link. That is pretty much Canadian at par. And according to this article, it looks like it is what we are looking for.

Even better… I’d you have a PVP, they can check other promotions, as well. There are some casino deals out there, even for non casino players. She was able to look through a few different offers for us, that I could not see online, all in a matter of minutes. In the end, she found the best pricing, which was about 100 per person less.
Some of the prices some of us are seeing while signed in, are the CAD at par, too.

Every day,  like, gosh, how many times per day am I getting silly emails from Princess with deals, more deals, and deals for West Coastal, and Mexican cruises. out of LA or San Francisco.   Well, I guess Princess must be seeing a real drop in the number of bookings.  People not wanting to head to Mexico with all the violence going on down there, especially around Mazatlan.  So with people not venturing onto the Mexican cruises, naturally the push is on to fill those Coastal ones, and push even more on the Coastal up to Vancouver, and then Northbound to Alaska on one of those deals.  Got a mini suite for the price of a balcony. Crazy.   I feel like Princess is paying me to go with so much on board credit as well.   Happy times are here.
