Do you get c&a balcony discount on a bid up?

Hi, cruising soon and have an OV cabin, there is a chance to bid on a royal up for a balcony cabin.   My question is, if the bid is successful would they then apply the D+ balcony discount that we would normally get or is this only on 'normal' bookings?

No discounts. Not even solo. If I bid solo it's the bid X 2. Not dp340.
