Late check in pre cruise

Due to scheduling issues we wont be arriving to our pre cruise hotel ( Elements Ft Lauderdale) until around 8-9 PM night of the 31st for our Volendam cruise departing next day,April 1st.

Will a HAL rep still be available to check in with regarding luggage pick up and transport schedule to the terminal? Any others been in this situation?

Any help is appreciated.

When we fly in the day before a cruise, we simply take a shuttle back to airport on embark day with our luggage.  But if you purchased a pre cruise pkg, I am not sure how that works.

If you purchased hotels and transfer to the port from HAL, you should have a letter for you waiting.  I have done this several times and hotel front desk will give you the letter at check-in.

They won’t be there that late but there will likely be a letter for you at the front desk.  Ask for it.   They will be in the lobby the next morning to get you on your transfer to the ship.   
 

I’m assuming that you prebooked everything through the cruise line - hotel, transfers etc.
