Complimentrary upgrade from ocean view to veranda

Hello!

 

I am currently booked on 2 inside on the edge. Our cruise is eligible for the free upgrade from oceanview to veranda. Could I be eligible for this offer if I pay to upgrade to an ocean view?

Is this a new promotion?  I don’t see anything about it on the website.  
Or a you possibly referring to the 1 category upgrade for Captains Club members?  If that is what you are talking about then the upgrade is within a category, e.g. Ocean View 2 to Ocean View 1.  it does go from Ocean View to Veranda, or Veranda to Concierge.

I didn't read the fine print, but this free upgrade is offered in this week's "Exciting Deals" e-mail. 

 

But that doesn't answer the OPs question.  If your cruise is on the list I'd call your TA or Celebrity and enquire.

Celebrity is offering free upgrade from outside to veranda cabin for select European and Caribbean cruises.

Key words are "when you book".  I doubt this applies to existing rez.

Unless you:

Cancell and rebook

Book an OView cabin

You book on one of the cruises where the deal applies
