Is the Spa Terrace open on Embarkation?

New to Oceania. Is the Spa Terrace open to concierge guests on embarkation?

The T pool on Riviera  was open for guests to use

The door is usually locked. If you’re cabin key works, you’re A-OK.

It is open for tours on the first day so it is not very quiet but it is open (until I think 10 pm or so)

Thank You for the responses. We leave tomorrow out of Los Angeles. I'm hoping it is warm enough to enjoy that area for a couple of hours.
