Have it All and Casino Rate Booking

It seems that the HIA announcements for some cruises take longer to appear.  It just appeared for our HAL special on a VOV cruise for this summer about two weeks after we booked it, which, BTW, was after final payment.  Call your PCC or TA.  You may need to go through your agent, as is necessary when adding CPP after initial booking.  At least, that was what was told to me when I called HAL to find out the cost of the CPP for another cruise.

I would call reservations to add HIA to your booking. (Or your travel agent)

I will call Monday. I do not have a PCC I booked direct on the casino promotion. Thank you very much.

I didn’t have it listed in my onboard account for my casino offer but was able to add it thru this link

ETA: the link worked a few days ago. Now it says it’s having problems and to check back 🤦‍♀️

I used this link to add HIA ( googled upgrade to HIA) on my free cruise when I couldn’t find a way to do it on my account.

That is what I got the first time, then I got the message, after several attempts it said I was not eligible. 🤷‍♀️

Thank you to everyone that responded. I called HAL today, they were able to add it to my reservation.

It’s odd. We have two casino discount sailings booked for next month. One is pretty generous with casino credit and allows HIA. The second under my wife is less generous, offers no casino credit and no ability to add HIA. Interestingly my wife can get the shareholder benefit with her booking but I’m precluded from that benefit on my booking.
