non refundable deposits

In my experience:

 

I have found fares.

Email what I want to my TA (she's wonderful).

She calls me to ask me if this is really what I want since my FCD would be used as a non-refundable deposit.

This is why I keep using her.  She looks out for me.

I would have "guessed" that the FCD was actually refundable.  I got that idea from the very generous perks mentioned when on board.

 

So,  this is the first reply from Google, which they got from Princess:   So which of these two conflicting terms will prevail?  At the very least, you are right in checking further.  Good luck.

Just had a live chat conversation with Dan asking this question. 

 

First answer referred to FCC.  no...that's not what I was asking.

 

Second attempt...I won't bother you all with the non-descript version of conversation.

 

Third attempt...I gave up.
