Info needed on a day pass in PPT

We will be cruising on Windstar and the ship docks in PPT at 9am but our plane doesn't leave until 9pm.  Wanting to get a day pass

At a hotel so we can hang out at the beach for the day and then have somewhere to shower before we go to the airport.  Windstar offers something but it's 500.00 for the day pass ..looking for something that is a little cheaper.

You can try calling one of the hotels to see if they are still doing day passes, but I understand many aren't doing that anymore. $500 is absurd for a day pass when you can get a room for the night for less than that. Just book a room. My favorite is the Intercontinental, but it's pricy...there are many nice hotels with pools that are less expensive.

The Intercontinental offers a day pass. it includes lunch and use of the pool. Outdoor showers and changing room. No room.

The Lotus Pool Day Pass – Available everyday

Access to the pool area from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm + lunch (a main course + a desert) at the gourmet restaurant “Le Lotus”, open from 12 to 2:00 pm.

The rate is 8 990 XPF per person (from Monday to Thursday) and 10 700 XPF per person (from Friday to Sunday)

 

The Tiare Pool Day Pass + Lunch – Available everyday

Access to the pool area from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm + lunch (a main course + a dessert) at “Te Tiare” restaurant. [the most popular]

The rate is 7 950 XPF per person.

 

The Tiare Pool Day Pass + American Breakfast – Available from Monday to Saturday

Access to the pool area from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm + American Breakfast at “Te Tiare” restaurant, open from 6:30 to 10:30 am.

The rate is 7 950 XPF per person.

Any idea how much the cab from the pier to the hotel is? We have a full day donut boat rental from the hotel.

Taxi from the pier to either the Intercontinental, the Hilton or the Airport will be about $25 for the car (not per person) give or take $5.
