Embarkation Time for a group

DW and I are sailing with members of her family in next month.  Three separate cabins.  We will likely be traveling to the port together, so getting the same embarkation time in makes sense.  My question is can I reserve a port check in time for all of our group? Or do they each need to set up their our time?  All of us are linked in the app for dining reservations of that matters.

Each party of your group will need to check in separately to choose an arrival time. You can always board together with the latest group if that becomes an issue.

If you all check in shortly after check-in opens and agree on a time for each to select your should be fine.

If your travel partners trust you they could give one person their username / password and one person could go in and select the same embarkation time at once.   You don't need to do the complete checkin you can just select the checkin time and then they can come back and complete the rest later.

 

If security is a concern they could use a generic password for the infidvidual to select the times and then change their password to their desired one.

I have my TA link our reservations. I check both cabins in though my app login. Check in opens about 43 to 45 days before your sailing.
