Forward Cabins Rocky?

Considering bidding for an upgrade to larger balcony, however cabin is completely forward- facing. Anyone have experience with the “rockiness” or feeling seasick with waves hitting the hull? Hubby is worried it may affect him…

I get incredibly seasick (and manage this with acupressure bands and medication every 12 hours.) Staying in a forward facing suite was a whole new level of movement. You feel the movement in four directions (front, back, side to side.) It isn’t so much that waves are hitting the hill but more an ever-present movement that is disconcerting for those prone to seasickness.  I wouldn’t book that cabin type again. Our balcony wasn’t usable and we didn’t like that.

Met a couple on our first cruise on CC, they actually parked in our driveway and we shared a car service to Manhattan and split the cost. They were upgraded to a forward suite, so rocky and they couldn’t really use their balcony at sea.
