No irons or steamers are allowed. If you try to bring them they will take them and give them back the last day.

The only option is to send things out to be pressed.  There's usually a piece of paper in your room the first day offering a 'deal' if you send things out then.  There are no laundry or ironing facilities for guest use.  And per the prior comment, no irons or steamers can be brought onboard.  Many of us cruisers bring a small bottle of Downy Wrinkle Release spray, hang things in the bathroom and run the hot water in the shower, etc.   Or we just wear things that are a little bit wrinkled.

The wrinkle release spray has been a life saver in the past. Doesn't work with every fabric type but we pack it for every trip..

No irons but I have been known to use a flat iron (for hair) on a stubborn hem of a linen top once. I use Flatter which is wrinkle release spray and adore it. The scents are also great for refreshing clothing.

YES.  Flat iron for stubborn hems/collars.
