Voyager status?

Did a status match and was looking around on the website to see what the status is but don't know where to look.

 

Is there anywhere on the website that shows you?

Log in with your MSC account.

 

Click on MSC Voyagers Account on the top of the page.

 

You should see your Membership info, your points, your status, your past cruises point details (if any), and your expiration date.

Oddly, I can never seem to access it. Possibly an issue with the website when viewed on Safari and/or when rejecting cookies. I get:
 

There is an error in your MSC Voyagers Club Number

 

Please insert it again.

I get that message too. It shows my status on the app though

Yes, that works for me - the app shows my status as Classic, which is what I status matched as. My booking confirmation however shows me as Silver (presumably what the purchase of the cruise takes me to), and I have €50 OBC, which I think is a Silver perk. Not going to rock the boat, or ship, over it.

The App message says that my ship (Orchestra) is not a « smart » ship.

I've worked out how to get in. Don't tick the already a member box, use booking number and enter all the other details as if registering anew. Then it works. Or at least it did today. Who knows about tomorrow.

Lol I'm scared to do this incase it wipes all my info and existing VC status!
