Eggs Benedict in MDR

Hello everyone. I was just looking at the MDR Breakfast menu on the sticky post above and noticed that no Eggs Benedict was listed.... Does this mean that there is nowhere in board for use to have these????

Unless it is a recent change, you will get them. Eggs Benedict have been available on all my cruises.

I had them on my June 2023 QV cruise in the Britannia dining room.

This is a QV Britannia menu (hot side of the menu) from April 2023, and shows Eggs Benedict. I suspect the reason for the apparent discrepancy is that it's the sort of thing not advertised on disembarkation day, where they try to streamline things a little (they will still do it if asked). Just recently off the QM2 - Britannia Club and had it as the traditional first breakfast the next morning after embarking, Double Eggs Benedict with accompaniments.

 

It was not being offered on Disembarkation Day so I took it the day before departing.

 

It was a favorite in Britannia Club by many of the tables around us.

Think I Had it three times. First time I was very disappointed. It seemed dry due to a lack of Hollandaise. Next time when I questioned the lack of Hollandaise I was advised to ask for it as a jug on the side. That was fine.

So if you like EB with lashings of Hollandaise ask for a jug on the side.
