Does Oceania require that if one occupant of a cabin purchases the $30 per day upgrade under Simply More to full drink package the other one must do so also? It would make sense for me, but my wife does not drink alcohol.

I think that I saw somewhere that if only one passenger wants it, the other does not have to enroll.

They have not required  the 2 nd person to upgrade in the past

But who knows  after Oct 1st

This also has been our past experience, oh wait, no way Teresa is going to let me upgrade without her doing it to.

Will they still have bottles of wine to purchase? Or will that be a thing of the past with SM

I am pretty sure  they will still have bottles of wine for purchase  ..they are  a money maker  for the cruise lines

Why would you think otherwise ?

Years ago on Silverseas all inclusive they only sold chamagn by the bottle.

OK

I think a lot of the wines by the bottle are not on the beverage package list   but I guess time will tell once SM kicks in

I still cannot see them doing away with bottles for sale
