Ok we took Eclipse last October and we have been lightly following this thread.  We saw 3 to 4 drinks limit applied to the 5 to 7 happy hour.  We did not encounter that on the Eclipse.  Has that changed?  I searched and did not find a limit.  Can someone enlighten us.  We leave on the Summit this September.

That was the policy years back when we qualified.   Actually had paper coupons and later was loaded to your sea pass. However we usually have a drink package so haven’t paid attention. However, did sit with others who seemed to receive more than 3 drinks during the HH.

Sorry for the confusion that was not directed toward you.  Just the comments from fellow cruisers on a drink limit at happy hour.  Just sayin...

The comments about a limit were from when the happy hour was held in a designated lounge. I may have referred to a three drink limit. I believe that the social hour limit has been changed to unlimited after they eliminated the paper vouchers. Paper vouchers were only issued on cruises where the designated lounge was too small to hold the Elite social hour. Since I never would have more than three drinks in a two hour time frame I didn’t notice the change in practice.

That is good to know.  On the Eclipse we were newly minted elite (by way of Royal Caribbean).  New to the Celebrity way of the world.  Yes if we do three drinks that is more or less our limit.  But we have been known to let our hair down and have a couple more drinks.  You will be able to spot me I will be wearing a lampshade at that point!
