OnBoard Now. Has OceansNow delivery options been deleted from your TV?

It's been reported on a thread that the OcensNow option on the stateroom TV has  disappeared. Does anyone else onboard a ship now able to verify this also?

Yes.  Verified with lido manager on crown  bye bye.  Order on app.

Permanently?  There was some thought that the system needed updating and so was taken down.  Ordering via TV was mentioned in the PCL webinar on these changes.  IDK anything else however.

I guess I should've been clearer and posted on any ship besides the Crown. It was in the webinar that it would be available.

Yes, it was.  But, seems changes have been made since that webinar on July 27th.

 

Another poster just reported from OB the Crown, that the TV menus were removed permanently on July 31, 23.

I’m on the Island now and the room service has gone from the TV and you have to use Ocean Now app. The food is all there and there is no charge for using the app until the new system starts on this ship which is Aug 25.

Haven't been able to get a hold of a few friends in Lahaina and upcountry Kula. Communication network coming back on line. Hoping for the best. We are on Oahu and alls well, just devastating what's happened.
