Thanks, my partner is 6'4 and does not want to be stuck in an economy seat. Tickets don't seem to be issued until 30 days out, too late to be assured better seat selection.

You'll want to do premium economy or business class for sure!

As a fellow 6'4" traveler, I would never let anyone control my air travel.  I pay more, but I book seats that are as comfortable as I can get.  I don't fly basic economy any more.  At all.  Even on domestic flights.

I always book our own air and transfers and have never let a cruise line book them.  We are on that cruise next year and I already booked the air, business class RT as I won't do economy for long flights though have done premium economy if business is way too high
