Ugrade Question

We booked a 'Bella Balcony' cabin on the Seascape, just got our cabin assignment to a B4, Deluxe Balcony on deck 15.  Do we still only get the Bella experience, or is it upgraded too to Fantastica?

You will still have Bella.

You Can see it on your Cruise card. It Will show Bella or Fantastica.

If you paid for Bella, it will be a Bella experience booking, as mentioned.  It won't show Fantastica, since that's not what you bought.

MSC doesn't have specific Bella cabins on many of their ship's deck plans any longer.  On those ships Bella is now just a guarantee rate that gets fewer perks.

If you have the MSC for Me app, click on profile on the bottom-when it opens the top part of that screen should have your cabin number and experience type.
