FLL flight at 5pm, Port of Miami cruise

Hello! Is booking a flight home leaving from FLL at 5pm enough time if coming from Port of Miami? TIA

You should be off the ship by 10 am, at the latest. Barring any unforeseen happenings. You will have plenty of time to get to the airport.

You will have too much time to head straight to FLL if traveling on the airlines that do not accept checked baggage early (on many airlines luggage can only be checked beginning 3 or 4 hours before flight time).  Taking a cruise line disembarkation excursion will keep you entertained throughout the morning and early afternoon and then drop you and your luggage off at FLL mid-afternoon.
