I just received this onboard account from Princess for our cruise dating Aug. 15 to Aug. 31 2022. Received this Email today Sept.05 2023. What is going on with Princess accounting? Happy my account is at 0.00. 😕

Same here, from June cruise. Am anxiously awaiting anEZAir refund and thought somehow was related?  Crazy!

Yep, apparently someone noticed an outgoing email queue backup and fixed it. We got statements from earlier this year. *Maybe* this function will operate as it's supposed to now.
