I just updated to 1.1.2. My husband and I are still showing as new to Princess. We are elite. The medallion showing is white with blue seawitch. Our cruise is next week, do we need to call to get this fixed or can we do that upon boarding?

We will be on the Grand next month for 29 days. It will be our 14th Princess cruise but first time on the Grand. Could you tell how many usb connections there are in cabin? Are there any on the bedside lamps? TIA

We were on the Sky in November and the a la carte prices were honored. Hope this is not a new change as we only like to split a pizza, the Prix menu (app,main and dessert) is way too much food for us.

How far in advance can you reserve Specialty Dining? And is it better to reserve through website or app? We are not new to Holland but only did 1 cruise and that was a few years ago (no app then). We have reserved on Noordam for December 2024 to Singapore

If I understand right, if I don't fill out the survey in 3 days, the crew I mention will not be recognized? Most of our cruises are far away so we usually do some pro cruise and don't get home 3 or 4 days after our cruise. I take the time to fill out the survey mostly because of the crew, I don't believe there is much done about the rest and that is if they do read them. If this is true not much reason to bother with them.

Same here. I received a Summary for a cruise 6 months ago. No changes + I had already received the reimbursement cheque they owed for refundable OBC.

We are doing a Sydney to Vancouver cruise on Princess in April 2024. We are stopping for two days in Honolulu. This is because our stop to Lahaina was cancelled. It is our firs trans Pacific crossing we have done a trans Atlantic just this October and loved it, so really looking forward to this next cruise.

I just received this onboard account from Princess for our cruise dating Aug. 15 to Aug. 31 2022. Received this Email today Sept.05 2023. What is going on with Princess accounting? Happy my account is at 0.00. 😕

We picked up at port in Vancouver in June this year and it was fast and easy. Everything was done in about 10 minutes.

We are cruising on Sky at end of October, we also have not received this email. If it weren't for CC would not know about these changes.

I am aware that most people were able to have drinks to $15 on the old Plus package. That was our understanding also. When I became aware of this charge ($2+18%) on our account for a $14 dollar glass of wine I went to GS and asked about it. I don't know if this crew member was new or what but he told us that was because we are on the old Plus and were allowed to a maximum of $12. We have 2 other cruises with this package, after having read all of your experiences, if this happens again to us we will certainly ask to speak to a manager at GS. @Steelers36 This is the Plus package we have, we were not foolish enough to buy the standalone drink package!!!!!

Yes, the Plus50 is people who booked December 2022 and before. This is what @Purplsmurfhas for their cruise.

This is the Plus 60 not the Plus 50. Plus 50 was at $12

We had the old plan and on the saphire we were charged $2 + 18% on $14 glass of wine. I know a lot of people were not charged for difference on other ships but for some reason they charged us over $12.

Wow this is weird to me, do I not understand? At the beginning of the letter they tell you to trust them and upgrade to get all these wonderful changes. Later in the letter they tell you that these changes do not affect you as a continuing passenger. The letter is addressed to passengers continuing on this cruise.

If you are on a cruise that is more than 7 days it is not worth it to upgrade from 50 to 60 plus. If the 2 of you use Ocean now $30 (with this you don't need to use RS), you use your two casual dinings $60. That is a total of $90 included for the upgrade. Our next cruise is 30 days, it would cost us $600 to upgrade ($10 pd,pp). You guessed it we will keep our old package.
