Twin Beds in Balcony Cabin...both night tables between beds?

Hey everyone!  Does anyone know if a balcony cabin, when set up with twin beds, can have both night tables in the middle (creating more space between the beds)??  I've seen inside cabins done that way (although both beds are then against the walls)...but wondering if balcony rooms can do that too?

I have seen configuration of one bed sort of against the sofa... I have also seen configuration of one night table beside the sofa.

There are some rooms where the column by the outside wall sticks out a bit more than others. It apears to have something boxed in.  The nightstand on that side was notched out about 4" to fit around it (making almost unusable for storage).  I don't think that one could be moved to the center because the bed wouldn't be able to be moved all the way tight against the column to make room in the center unless it was pulled forward past that boxed in part.

I took pictures of the strange shaped little nightstand, but I can't find it now.   I don't remember which cruise it was, but I'll post it later if I find it.

I have been in cabins where I simply rearranged the furniture to suit my needs, then put it back on the last morning. No one seemed to mind. Sometimes they are willing to remove a small piece of furniture (a night table, perhaps) if you ask. All depends on the ship, the cabin, and the mood of the crew attending to you. Good luck and happy sailing!

You would have to pull out the bed and see where that lamp is plugged in, and if the cord is long enough to reach to the other side of the bed.  Otherwise you would have to unplug it and do without.  I think the lamps are attached to the nightstands.  EM
