Any reason to bring Covid Vaccine Record onboard?

They asked me last year when I boarded the Rotterdam if I was vaccinated. I asked them if it was required. They said no. I said than it’s none of your business.

I would bring vax records just to be on the safe side. The papers or cards take up very little room. By the way... when I got my latest updated shot, I asked for a card and one was produced and filled in... some locations evidently still have some stock, others don't.

Unless you can keep up with the capriciousness of all of the various world governments it is best to carry them.  My yellow fever card has been stored with my passport for over 20 years so it goes on every trip

On our October (2023) Seattle to Japan cruise (and post cruise in Japan), the word Covid never came up and the Covid vaccine card was never needed.

 

We've burned ours and choose to forget about the recent unpleasantness.

On Eurodam 11/18/2023 sailing (Caribbean) - Covid was not mentioned at all. No health Qs, no vaccine questions, nothing. No one was sick on board either or at least no one that we knew of.
