Refrigerators on Viva studios

I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated, are the refrigerators in the studios true refrigerators?  I just came off of RCL Explorer and RCL rooms have coolers, not refrigerators and I had to arrange for a medical refrigerator.

Generally speaking, all "refrigerators" on cruise ships are "coolers", not refrigerators. You should arrange for a medical refrigerator if you need one. With that said, not sure how much room you'll have left in a studio.

Unless Viva Studios are different, there are no refrigerators in the cabin.

A friend of mine stayed in a studio on the Prima. They gave him a refrigerator/cooler specifically designed for medications. But I don’t know if he requested this before he got on the ship or while on board.
