No, there is not for the Rooftop Garden Grill.

On the Beyond this past May, they didn't have anything listed as "premium".  Also to our surprise, there were no limits on anything.  The food taste was definitely a huge step up from the MDR / Blu.  While many will say to try the cookie skillet which you should as it is free, just know they use the same cookie dough as free cookies at Cab Al Bacio/buffet

There was a "premium cuts" section on the menu on our October 30th transatlantic.  Also, the skillet hot chocolate cookie with ice cream was excellent. 😊
