We will be on Seascape in January and at the end of the cruise have an 11:30 am flight from MIA.  As Yacht Club passengers will we be able to exit the ship and claim our bags early to make the flight?

Your Butler will be able to get you to the head of any lines that there may be, but if you are not carrying your own bags, then the actual time you can get off and claim the bags remains dependent upon both the time the ship is cleared and the time the bags are ashore ready to be collected.

pbi, you will make your flight.  Just off Seascape on Nov 25, put bags out night before.  After breakfast in dining room, butler escorted off us by 8:00 am, picked up bags in terminal.  Although we had number 71 on bags, there was no numeric signs for this but just the Yacht Club signage in the last room just before you exit.  At MIA by 9:00 am.  Tried Uber, but just could not connect.  Many Sprinter van types offering rides for $10/person, that’s what we took.  We were travelling with infant in stroller, otherwise we could have got to airport an hour earlier.

Hint, if there is a lineup exiting, use Porter and tell him/her you are taking an Uber and tip.  You will be taken to island for a pickup point unless you have arranged something else. If it is your first time exiting in Miami, it maybe overwhelming.

Facial recognition technology used by US Immigration speeds up process.

Assuming there are no issues with docking or customs, you shouldn't have a problem.  Consider your risk tolerance, however.  Because Miami and Ft Lauderdale are heavy cruise port airports, most flights on Saturdays and Sundays are usually very full and if you miss your flight, the airline may not be able to get you home same day.  If I fly to the port, I always arrive the day before and book my return flight at noon or, usually, later.  Better safe than sorry.

You should be fine...We just returned from Seascape Thanksgiving cruise and disembarking began at 7:30...we took our time but from when butler escorted us off ship, gathered our luggage and went thru immigration....maybe 15 minutes! Facial recognition is amazing. I didn't know what to expect since we had previously cruised with BC and DL...and I didn't expect it to be as easy since we only had a Passport Card. Also baggage number 71...is only temporary. They ran out of YC tags and assigned that high number to YC passengers. Also YC luggage is closest to Immigration area
