Any upcoming Princess gift card sales

It's been a few years since our last Princess cruise, but on our previous ones, we've been able to find gift cards on sale to purchase and apply to the fare. Does anyone know of any upcoming sales? 

I didn't see anything when I tried searching the boards.

You can buy gift cards at an 8% discount from AARP Rewards. Search the boards for AARP gift cards, there are a lot of threads.

As best I know, AARP is the *only* place to get GCs at a discount.  They used to be 10%...now only 8% but that's better than 0%!  You do NOT have to be an AARP member...just join their free Rewards Program.

I get mine from AARP. On our recent cruises we got them at 10% off and saved well over $2k on the fare. I'm currently buying them at the new rate of 8% off to pay for our cruise in April.

I didn't realize you didn't have to be a AARP member to buy thy discounted cards.

Once you are logged on to your AARP (Rewards) account, you can use this link to easily find the cruise line gift card options. Just drill down the page until you see them.

Not a sale but you could always get a new credit card with a nice sign-up bonus and use that to buy the giftcards.

We wanted another card with no foreign transaction fees as a backup for traveling to Australia and New Zealand so I got one that gave us a bunch of points for signing up. I used the new card to buy more Gift Cards and I traded the points for $225 cash deposited to my checking account.
