Boston airport access after cruise.

A quick look at Google Maps, or on the East Coast Departures board, where this is discussed frequently, shows it to be about 4 miles and 10 or so minutes.

On the East Coast Departures board there are many discussions about how poor the taxi system is at the Port, including our experience, which was an hour plus line for a taxi. Many suggest walking a couple blocks away to summon an Uber. Or just taking the ship's transfers.

There is also a water taxi that comes every hour from Rowes Wharf to do airport transfers, but you must book ahead.  You can find it by googling rowes wharf water taxi or searching water taxi on the east coast forum.  We loved the experience earlier this year!
