Vista suite no host mini-bar

I see they have a no-host mini-bar listed as a perk of the vista suites. Is this actually complimentary or is it one of the charge per item ones that you typically have your steward remove so you can use the fridge? I had no luck finding an answer via the search function here.

You are charged for the items you consume.

"No-host" means you pay for it.

"No host" = "self serve" and there is a charge.

Can you ask for it to be emptied pre cruise or ok to ask one day one.

Yes, cabin steward has always complied when I've asked on day 1.
