Yes, Princess Promotions has all of that info available to them. Princess has apparently farmed out your info to this firm to (hopefully, from Princess' standpoint) drum up more business. There are MANY very concerning stories here on CC from people who have been burned.

Ok. You are on the regular Princess website.  Call them to book or ask questions about offers you are eligible for.

The weekends often have issues when booking online.

I cannot book either or complete a search today.

I get that screen often.  I close down that page, clear my cookies and open the page back up again.  It works for me .. hope it also works for you.

Totally off the topic but since you’ve found a solution, I just wanted to note that your comment really made me smile.  I moved to the South from the west coast several months a long time ago.  Someone asked me, “when did y’all get here?”.  The answer was obvious it was just a couple of days when I said, “oh no, I came down by myself”.
