Meet & Greet setups

Does anyone have any current info?  I emailed grouponboardservices@princesscruises.com asking to set up M&Gs for 2 Emerald cruises in April on January 24, 2024 and no one has responded to me.  Thanks.

I really hate to put this one out there as she might have left, but I only get responses from grouponboardservices@princesscruises.com  when I send to:

I'm setting up 1 for April 9th where we've been assigned to a room with max capacity of 100 & it's currently at 171. But if anyone else is in the same boat as me, Loyalty and Events person onboard will just set up signs at the old place (probably directing them to Vista Lounge).

As I recall it took a week or more for someone to get back to me about our M&G.  I think that this function is relegated to Interns these days.  The person who responded to me was Emily Chen.  The last I heard from her was in late November and I'm not sure if she is still working there or if she was just assigned to work on the Royal Princess.  Her email address is emilchen@princesscruises.com if you want to try to reach her.  Otherwise you might want to send another email, they may just be backlogged.

None of us really know who is assigned where, hence the generic email.  If you don't hear back soon you might want to try the two email addresses provided to see if they can point you in the right direction.

You must have a very active roll call.  I did too...counted over 150.   By the time we met, only about 75 showed up.  Granted, we had a time change that messed up a few passengers.

1883 posts but a lot of email conversations back and forth too. We have 8 sea days so yeah trying to arrange stuff 

 

On our last TA almost everyone showed up. But those also have a lot of sea days. That seems to be the difference

MissiCruzs, you're not the only one waiting for a M&G request for the Emerald! I sent a request on Jan 30 to set one up for my April 5, 2024 cruise and haven't heard back yet. I'm glad it's not just me!

 

There's an old thread on page one of the Princess boards with names of people for the specific ships but the operative word is "old". I figure I'll give them to the end of the week and then try again and send to both the grouponboardservices email, the names listed here, and the old name for the Emerald contact from the old thread. If these folks are based in California, they've had some wild weather so not sure if that, or layoffs, or cutbacks, or whatever might be the reason.
