I'd like to know the prices of speciality restaurants on the Beyond. (Eden, Steak house, Le petit Chef).  Thank you.

Eden is $85 plus 20% gratuity before and discounts and Le Petit is $60 plus 20% gratuity before any discount.

Tuscan on any Edge class ship is one of the Included (if it makes you feel better Free) dining options.

look for Pre cruise  discounted specialty restaurant offers but that requires you to book your date and time once onboard.

Thats what I do first thing even before the muster station check in.

recently on boarding Beyond there was a dining reservation desk near guest services to handle all specialty dining reservations.

Tuscan is just the name of the dining room on E class, like Normandie, Cosmopolitan, or Cyprus. It is NOT like Tuscan Grill on Equinox/Solstice. That is a specialty restaurant ( extra $$) on those class of ships.
