What does best mean?

Best odds? While slots can have large payouts they all typically have the highest "win" percentage for the casino. That is why there are so many of them with all the sounds & glitter. They are casino's major money makers and at sea payouts are not controlled. They can be set as desired.

Most machines or largest area? It appears to be the new Sun Princess. The Majestic also has a larger casino.

Smoke free? None.

Actually the slots are under someone other than princess.

Depends on where the ship is registered

Of the ships I've sailed so far, I like the casino on the Regal the best. They converted some of what is Club 6 or Take Five on other ships to a decently sized non-smoking area with no bleed-over of smoky smell from the rest of the casino. That area also has newer machines and a poker table.

The Royal Princess added slots and a poker table to the Double Down lounge next door and it's supposed to be non smoking all the time.  We were last on the Royal last December from Australia and the whole casino was non smoking.  Loved it!
