Noordam rooms on Deck 6

The HAL website is showing these available rooms (SS) on Deck 6 - 6059, 6115, and 6117 - does anyone have any information on these rooms or why one is better than the others?

6117 has a bit more room and the angled balcony. Some like that, some don't. Check for pics on Halfacts to see if you like it.

Of those I would book 6117. Our favorite stateroom on a Vista or Signature ship is a Signature Suite on the aft bumpout. It has a tad more space inside. The balcony allows you look forward without leaning over the rail or be sheltered by the divider when sailing.

Thank you - this is exactly what I wanted to know. I thought that 6117 looked a bit bigger, but wasn't sure if that was just how it looked on the map.

I was in 6117 on the Noordam for our Alaska cruise this past summer. Loved everything about this suite!! I posted photos on Halfacts.

The balcony on the bump out rooms had quite a bit more room, percentage-wise. Your verandah does face into the wind though. I don't think that will be much of an issue, but I wanted to note if.

I was in 6117 for a transatlantic.  It’s a great room.   With that bit of extra space, I moved the little table over there and it opened up the room nicely.
