We have the same issue.  Ship docks at 5:30 am, flight leaves 5:30 pm.  What is the best way to fill the day.  I have been on cruises where they offer a transfer to the airport that includes a tour of some sort.  We will be on Celebrity 2025 and so far their excursion offerings are next to nothing and no transfers mentioned.  Being a new itinerary for Celebrity they are probably still developing relationships with transport companies.

KEF needs a good 3 hours, so you’ll need to be there by 2:30. 
 

You could look at half day Golden Circle tours. Troll and Arctic Adventures are two commonly mentioned companies. Or, go into Reykjavik and explore. Rent a car in town and drop it off at the airport. Maybe explore the Reykjanes peninsula on the way to the airport. Try the Sky Lagoon or Blue Lagoon.

I agree with @ljandgb.  Any of the larger companies, like Troll, will be familiar with disembarking cruise passengers and would likely have a baggage storage solution for you

Great suggestions.  We will be in Reykjavik for three days before the cruise so we will have done the sight seeing.  A transfer to the airport that excludes the Sky or Blue Lagoon seems like the answer.
