If you buy arcade credits online are they just added to your cruise card?

I can't remember 100% if we pre-purchased on Harmony, however Seapass card was definitely what was swiped to pay.

I do however remember that a decent amount of games were out of order and some charged the card and the games didn't actually let you play, so perhaps wait and check the arcade out when you board................

Guest services also said they would reverse charges for non-played games.... and to be fair they did for a couple charges. (not all the ones we indicated mind you)

Yes they are put on your sea pass card.   I have bought them a couple of times on the last few cruises.  We were traveling with grand kids.  When you scan/slide your card the screen will read back to you the amount left.  It save 20% to prebook.  The only downside is if you don't use it, you lose it.  No refunds for unspent amount.
