We will be in a suite on the Enchanted in August.  A couple of Qs about the Concierge lounge:

  • What are the hours it's open?
  • What hours is it staffed by concierge staff?
  • Is your medallion used for entry?
  • Is there snacks / drinks the whole time it's open?
  • What drinks are available?  Coffee, tea?  Bottled water?  Soft drinks (cans)?
  • What snacks are available all day or at different times of the day?  Enough for a continental breakfast?  Any items like the International Cafe?
  • Can you wait for disembarkation in the CL?
  • Any other information would be appreciated...Thanks

  • What are the hours it's open? 24x7
  • What hours is it staffed by concierge staff? It varies but she’s there a lot. Am on the ship now and will try to remember to get a picture of her hours later.
  • Is your medallion used for entry? No there will be plain white key cards when you first get into your room. There will also be business cards for the concierge and suite experience manager.
  • Is there snacks / drinks the whole time it's open? Snacks can disappear late at night but water and coffee can be gotten at any time.
  • What drinks are available?  Coffee, tea?  Bottled water?  Soft drinks (cans)?  All of the above. Between 5 and 7 there also a full bar with special appetizers. All complementary.
  • What snacks are available all day or at different times of the day?  Enough for a continental breakfast?  Any items like the International Cafe?  Yes there are some. But I couldn’t make a meal of it.
  • Can you wait for disembarkation in the CL? Yes and you will be escorted down too.
  • Any other information would be appreciated...Thanks

When we were on the Enchanted in March, we used our Medallion to enter.

Generally, it's a good spot to get a snack or soft drink if your location makes it more convenient than any other spot for such things on the ship.

Having them escort you for port stops that require tendering is probably the biggest benefit.

Other than that, in my opinion, it's not a hang-out place.  It's small and windowless.

24 hours

I didn’t notice Consierge set hours, except sometimes there was a sign, stated she/he would be there at a certain time that day. I have seen an assistant there more hours. Someone is usually there in the afternoon.

There is a card for entry, it will be in your stateroom

Nespresso Machine, tea, water, soda in cans

Snacks most of the time

Pastries, small sandwiches, cheeses, fruit, cookies, have seen dips

Idk if it’s open on disembarkation morning, most wait in another venue, the Consierge will tell you which one.

Thanks for all the information.

Q:  If we ask the concierge on the first day, would that help us get a spot at the Chef's Dinner?

Yes they will. I am actually sitting in the concierge lounge enjoying happy hour right now and just asked to be sure. By the way Vladimir the suite experience manager will be onboard until October. He recommended that if you want to do that make your first stop after embarkation the suite concierge lounge to get your name on the list.

You can also call yourself to the dine line to get on the list. Once the slots are filled they are filled

Where's the CL?

Deck 14 aft. Across from the Wedding Chapel.  The penthouse suites are on either side.

The concierge said go through them and you will have a much better chance of getting in.
