Luggage Tags?

I did a search but could not find anything for this. We are in a suite and we just got our luggage tags yesterday. It came with a letter. My son and his girlfriend are in a balcony...not a suite but their luggage tags never came. How do they get their tags. I can't remember how we got our's last time we were in a balcony not a suite. Will they get them in the mail or do they have to print them out? Thanks

Balcony cabins don't get luggage tags.  They need to be printed out along with the boarding pass.

As noted by @ScubaKat, if mailed tags are not received, tags can be printed once check-in is completed and e-docs are available.  The link to download and print them is in the e-docs.  I have plastic sleeves with metal rings to attach them to my bag(s).

As @hallux stated the link for luggage tags is imbedded with the E-docs. Simply look for a little luggage icon, click on that, and print number of tags as needed.

Or, travelers arriving at the port can check their luggage with the porters, who will have blank tags to fill-in with appropriate information.
