Internet service on Queen Anne

It's good to see all the reviews from the press junket this last day or so. I don't see any mention, however, of the quality of internet connections. I believe that Anne was to be the first Cunard ship to roll out SpaceX's Starlink service. Any sign of that?

I confirm TowandaUK's observation.  On my QM2 transatlantic in January, Starlink was up and running without a hitch.  The internet connection was so good that you hardly knew you were in the middle of the Atlantic.

Currently on QA.  We are having issues connecting on Sea days.  We have to keep retrying to get on. Maybe 8 to 10 tries. Disappointing.

You always have to re log  back in if you don’t use internet for a while. That’s just how it works. The connection is available 24/7 but you are not permanently logged in.

Yes. We are aware we alway alphabets to log in.

That’s my point.

And logging in can take multiple attempts..it say “ not connected” on numerous logins.

You are unlucky. We haven’t had a single issue with the internet.

We haven’t had an issue with the Internet either. We’ve just had issues logging in on sea days.  Once we’ve logged in, it’s great.

Sorry, I meant the whole internet issue which included logging in/ keeping logged in.

Are you on a daily or a whole voyage package?

We haven’t had any problems logging in. We share one device so are constantly logging off to let the other login. We did have problems getting emails but I believe that to be a BT problem. All ok now.

We had a similar email problem, but, as in your case, it is resolved. 😀
