Oasis of the seas dining times question

Does the Oasis of the seas offer any time dining. If so does it show as an option during booking or do we need to email someone? Narrowing down a November cruise and this option could be the deciding factor

Every ship offers it.  Though it's not "any time" but "specific times"

Yes, it's one of the steps when booking unless for some reason it's "sold out" and are forced to late seating. Be advised, RCI's version may not be the same as other lines.

I have sailed with RCL before, but I'm drawing a blank on the dining options. We like to eat around 7.30.So from what I read above when booking I will be given option to choose let's say a 5.30 or a 7.30 seating. No option for open dining like NCL and MSC offer

Yes there is a option for MTD. It starts at 6:45. you can make reservations or just walk up.  You choose MTD when you make your booking.
